Glynn Spangenberg
Founder, Chairman & CEO
Glynn is the original inventor of the “mirrorless truck”, a label he coined in 2013 to describe his “Smart Mirror” system for commercial motor vehicles. He went on to make the market for the MirrorEye product, signing evaluation agreements with fleets representing nearly 200,000 trucks and paving the way to the eradication of blind spots.
Raghu Menon, Ph.D
Chief Technology Officer
Raghu is a Computer Scientist with over 28 years in the high-tech camera industry & AI or machine vision. He has secured over $25M in federal grants from DARPA, NSF and other agencies. His experience covers developing and selling advanced 360º imaging systems for defense, medical & commercial applications.
Alfred van den Brink
Principal Engineer
Alfred is an innovative automotive engineer with 35+ years of experience bringing products from concept to market. He holds multiple patents and has led the development of MirrorEye since 2013, helping launch the first commercially successful camera monitoring system in the US.
BILL FLECK
President & COO
Bill’s experience includes decades working in Finance, Marketing, Planning and Operations roles. He has been involved in the Transportation & Logistics market for over 20 years, most recently in autonomous trucking solutions. Bill has a degree in Economics and an MBA.
Lisa Spangenberg
Director of Administration
Lisa brings decades of education and leadership into trucking. A former National Board Certified teacher, she founded Spangenberg Partners and Health4Living before joining to launch VisionWise Systems. Passionate about safety, wellness, and community, she drives innovation, fosters trusted relationships, and builds meaningful connections across fleets, industry partners, and the wider community.
Richard Pallo
Chief Product Officer
Richard has over 20 years of Product Development experience, including 15 in Silicon Valley. He has pioneered UI and design strategies for Peloton and Locomation, has led projects spanning commercial, industrial, life-science, and aerospace; Richard has been awarded multiple patents.
